A little family-run hotel with a nice pool. Very clean and situated on a little hill in a nice neighbourhood. All the rooms have a nice view either of the sea or the mountains. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Good value for money - highly recommended.

Lovely location up the little hill overlooking the bay. Nice pool and bar for a beer. Room basic but ok. Fridge broke but replaced with a new one. We stayed 2 nights out of 3 to see more of the and and to upgrade our room. Nice couple who own the property. Would return to a sea view room.

Archodia Studios has a great location between kamari beach and Kefalos village. There is a swimming pool with a bar. There is a free park for customers. Rooms are fine: there is a cooking corner with a fridge. Maybe the shower is a little small. The host is really nice.

friendly, homely apts

We spent 10 lovely nights in these apartments. Maybe skip the bfast. bread cheese and ham for 10 mornings very boring. Fab pool, no deep end so felt very safe as not strong swimmer. Friendly and helpful couple who work very hard to make holiday pleasant. Up steep slope but after few days we were running up to apts and it didn't seem so steep. Beach, shops, restaurants and bars 5 mins away Buses to take you around the island. Strongly recommend Archodia Studios. Traditional Greek holiday

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Alle 2 Tage wurde sauber gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Inhaberin war sehr freundlich und hat immer nach unseren Wünschen gefragt!

Very good value in great location.

Friendly, Very clean, Greek room with everything you would need to self cater. Nice view over the bay. With its own swimming pool. Very good value.

Отель расположен недалеко от центра и моря, на пригорке. Нам достался номер с шикарным видом на море. Очень гостеприимные хозяева, даже любезно предоставили свой компьютер зарегистрироваться на рейс и распечатать посадочные талоны. Недостатки: заказанный «трехместный» номер оказался двухместным с раскладушкой вместо третьей кровати. Площадь его явно не 29 кв. м, а меньше. Дверь в санузел расположена рядом с одной из кроватей, что очень неудобно. Душевой поддон очень маленький, примерно 50х50: хотя мы все худенькие, все равно во время мытья к телу постоянно прилипала занавеска. Недостаточно крючков для полотенец. Посуды тоже минимум. Кондиционер за 5 евро в сутки, можно взять вентилятор за 15 евро в неделю. WiFi в номере не было, нужно было спускаться к бару и бассейну. Из удобств еще хочется отметить вешалку с прищепками для белья на балконе, т.к. далеко не во всех гостиницах это есть.

great apartments with great people.

The apartments are very basic and very clean with the facilities of a hob and fridge in the the room and air con and safe at additional costs. The family that operate these apartments are very welcoming and are glad to see you again (stayed 2016) and work very hard to ensure you are a happy and valued customer. Fantastic views over Kefalos bay with on site pool and bar / snack bar. Kefalos is a very quiet part of Kos but that is why we go there, lots of restaurants to choose from and no queues or being rushed. chilled out!
