There were no mosquito nets on the windows or detergent in the kitchen. It would be great if these were available. The hotel is in a great location. The cleaning lady was very helpful.

Comfortable and pleasant stay :)

If you're on a budget you couldn't asked for more. The apartment was clean and basic but it had all you needed for a comfortable stay that is near Kos town and all the points of interest. oh there is also a fantastic Coffee house/restaurant right under the apartment block which offers exceptional food and treat a like.

At the centre of all the history of kos (tree of hipocrates, kos Castle, roman odeon, roman gymnasium) all walkable and doable in a day.. If clubs are your thing their walkable also and quiet when you are at the hotel.. House keeping were amazing! you pay for what you get

This apartment must be removed from website. Because international customers arriving early morning or late at night will not be able to check in , we arrived early morning and we knew it that check in time was at 3pm, we went there with 2 children and there was no one at reception. It was closed with 2 phone numbers on the window so I called them and a lady with attitude came 35 minutes late with no sorry just lying that she was here before but left her keys. Another 3 ladies with a child arrived next day at around 9pm and they also waited there for more than half an hour. So be prepared for long wait. Apartment was very diry, hairs on the table , dirty kitchen table with sign of no cleanliness, bed sheets also dirty there was food crumbs on it and seems like they haven’t washed anything. What they charge for 1 night is not worth it at all, it’s not that cheap. So this hotel must be removed as soon as possible so that other customers will not face what we did. Ruined our holiday. Dirty

Δεν υπαρχει ταμπελα με το ονομα του ξενοδοχειου, πρεπει να ρωτησεις για να σου πουν ποιο ειναι. Το σταθερο τηλεφωνο δεν ιαχυει γιατι η ρεσεψιον ειναι ανυπαρκτη. Περιμεναμε 20 λεπτα απο το chek in μεχρι που εμφανιστηκε καποιος για να μας δωσει το κλειδι του δωματιου. Δεν υπαρχει ασανσερ! Και το δωματιο ηταν βρωμικο

No reception and no parking space

There is no reception. A lady appears only 10 minutes prior to the check in (13.50) and then dissapears again. All day the reception desk is empty and there are two mobile numbers you can call. We arrived at 13.23 and called the number only to be told to leave and come back at 13.50 for the check in. Also, there is no parking space available at the hotel despite it says there is. There is only street parking, that is if you are lucky enough to find a space as this hotel is in a pretty central location. There is also no elevator in the building and the apartments are spread into 2-3 floors so bear in mind you will have to carry your suitcases. Other than that, the apartment was clean and the cleaning lady (the only person we would see every day) was very kind.

Great price for what you get, a two room apartment within walking distance of Kos harbour and all attractions. Hard to contact personal when needed - spent a lot of time sitting outside or inside of an empty reception room and contact phone number not answered, but the cleaning lady was very helpful instead. Some noise from the road outside and other apartments. Kitchen utensils/cutlery limited (not enough for four people) and also didn't feel so well washed, otherwise the rooms were clean and tidy.

Como usam a palavra hotel e são apartamentos para alugar isto gerou dúvida e problemas. Não tem recepção em nenhum horário. É preciso ligar para um telefone! Nem Whatsapp oferecem! Quem não mora no país ou Europa nem tem como ligar! Problemão. É preciso deixar isto bem claro.

Excellent location for town centre and the harbour

I went to Kos solo for a walking/exploring/cultural holiday in mid April. The tourist season had not really begun so the town was fairly quiet. A cool breeze from the sea brought some rain but this gave way to rapidly rising temperatures during the week which allowed for some swimming and sunbathing on the sandy beach north of the harbour. Greco-Roman remains can be found all over the town and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Cycles, scooters and quad bikes can be hired from several places. If you want to visit other places there are local buses which are cheap. The Fantasia apartments are centrally located in the town. It took me three minutes to walk down to the seafront and the mediaeval castle and five minutes to get to the town centre. The beach on the other side of the harbour with its restaurants and beach bars takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to. Jackson's Beach Bar is a good one if you like Sport on the TV, good music and old motorcycles on display inside the bar. 3 euros for a large beer and free sunbeds outside on the beach.

Frustrating Slow Check In Process

We booked online and looked at the description and photo. Looked like regular hotel with reception. When you get off the ferry late, with no phone and get to the "hotel", you are greeted with a sign taped to the door that indicates you need to call to get in. Alex responds with "I'll be there in 10 minutes. An hour and five minutes later he shows up matter of fact attitude. Don't stay here unless you have lots of time and are not tired. Room was nice once we got in and is centrally located.

Call and Wait

We arrived at night from the ferry. The property does not have personnel on site. You call a number listed on the front door and Alex tells you he will be there in 10 minutes. An hour and 5 minutes later he shows. Be prepared to wait.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo appartamento. Non è molto grande, ma ha tutti i confort necessari (stoviglie, bagno privato con doccia, tv) e due balconi. Il check in è alle 14.00 e fino a quell'ora potete trovare la signora che fa le pulizie, ma non il proprietario, che arriva all'ora prestabilita. Nel complesso è un buon appartamento, per chi non ha molte pretese, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dal mare.

Dårlig personale

Personalet var flere ganger inne på rommet vårt mens vi sov! De låste seg inn uten å banke på. I tilleg så var vannet i dusjen alltid kaldt. Rengjøringen var helt ok, men sengene våre ble aldri skiftet på, og vi fikk heller ikke nye håndklær, selv om vi bodde der i 5 netter.

No reception but staff and manager are both nice if you meet them. Internet wasn't working well at the moment during we staying because of the problem of connection just happened at that 3days.(should be ok if the internet company fix it up).

Bodde med vår äldre dotter i 4 nätter. Ett sovrum och en utmärkt bäddsoffa för henne, dvs eget rum för oss alla. En underbar familj som driver hotellet, ok frukost men framförallt utmärkt service. Här kan vi bo fler gånger!
