Ottima soluzione a Kardamena

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di Kardamena nel silenzio più assoluto. Camere semplici ma dotate di tutti i confort. Comoda la piscina per le giornate più ventose. Pulizia giornaliera e gentilezza del proprietario. Assolutamente consigliato.

Sehr schmutziges Superior Studio

Haben die Unterkunft wegen der hervorragenden Bewertungen und des Preises gebucht. Was wir bei Ankunft dann schon bereut haben, aber man geht davon aus das bei so vielen positiven Bewertungen über Sauberkeit und Service eigentlich ein nicht's böses erwarten wird. Falsch gedacht. Was einen dort für Studios zugemutet werden, ist einfach ne Frechheit, total verschimmeltes und dreckiges Bad, Toilettendeckel abgerissen usw. Handtücher werden einmal wöchentlich gewechselt, waren nur ( Gott sei dank) für 6 Nächte hier, deshalb bekamen wir in der Zeit auch keine frischen Handtücher. Tägliche Zimmer-Reinigung stimmt auch nicht, Wochenende scheint das Personal für die Reinigung der Zimmer frei zu haben. Unser Studio wurde am Wochenende nicht sauber gemacht, okay an den Wochentagen konnte man auch nicht wirklich von sauber machen reden. Das beste ist wenn die Putzfrau den Aschenbecher vom Balkon sauber macht, Sie schmeißt die Zigarettenstummel einfach vom Balkon in den dort angeblichen Garten, aber nicht nur unseren Aschenbecher, sondern von allen anderen rauchenden Gästen auch. Ist wirklich hübsch anzuschauen die ganzen Kippen zwischen den Sträuchern. Würden jeden von dieser Unterkunft abraten, können uns nicht erklären wie diese Unterkunft zu solchen hervorragenden Bewertungen kommt. Haben noch nie so ne heruntergekommene Unterkunft gehabt.

Punto strategico e personale eccellente!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nei Nikos 2 Studios situato a qualche minuto (a piedi) dal centro di Kardamena (un punto strategico per chi volesse visitare tutta l'Isola, da Kos Town alla bellissima Kefalos). Personale molto accogliente ed estremamente caloroso. Il proprietario George parla un po' d'italiano ed è veramente disponibile. Purtroppo se da una parte il servizio è ottimo, dall'altra qualcosa ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato non presenta nessun tipo di shampoo/sapone di cortesia, quindi è consigliabile munirsi di tutto il necessario prima dell'arrivo. La parte più dolente sono state le multiple macchie sulle lenzuola pulite, che non sono state assolutamente di nostro gradimento, anzi hanno condizionato una buona parte del nostro voto finale. Il bagno è piuttosto piccolo, con il piano doccia più stretto rispetto alla tenda in plastica (quindi è quasi inevitabile bagnare in giro). Nonostante tutto ci siamo trovati molto bene, e siamo certi che con maggiore attenzione ai piccoli dettagli, abbiano tutte le carte in regola per puntare ad un livello eccellente.

Possibly the best value accommodation in the world

Definitely the best value accommodation I have ever stayed in, including Youth Hostels in other parts of the world. George, his family and staff are ideal hosts. They are welcoming, friendly, available, informative, sharing, fair, helpful and inclusive. I had not been to Kos before, but was recommended Nikos 2 by people I met in the UK who go there repeatedly. People I met there were also returners and/or long stays. I went in May as a solo female and felt safe there. I stayed in room number 12 which is upstairs in the main block. As a bit of a clean freak I can say Nikos 2 is cleaned well, including the swimming pool. The snack bar has a good menu choice and is good value. I had three meals there which were all good. English was well understood and spoken.
