Struttura carina e comodissima dotata di ampia piscina, giochi bimbi e ampi parcheggi. Appartamentini comodi (il mio senza angolo cottura). Buon albergo. Tranquillo e con camere spaziose. Non condivido il fatto di pagare un extra di 5 Euro al giorno per l'aria condizionata e poi non hai la possibilità di lasciarla accesa quando esci di camera. Un'altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è il fatto che la colazione, a pagamento, si possa fare soltanto dalle ore 10.00. comunque ottimo soggiorno

Apartment was basic but roomy and very clean, with big beds. Views from the balcony were amazing! And all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge pool and loads of sunbeds in relation to the property (no need for anyone to get up early and claim them. Beach is accross the road with plenty of free sun beds. All in all it was perfect for us with only the fridge in our room being a touch on the small side our only issue.

lovely apartment but lack of places to eat close by.

The apartment was lovely and clean and the people were friendly and helpful but there was a lack of services close by. As there were no cooking facilities in the apartment and only a very small fridge, it was necessary to eat out at night but there were no places within walking distance so a car was necessary or buses and taxis to take you into Kardamena. However, there was a poolside bar that sold snacks during the day.

l'accesso al mare è disagevole e la spiaggia privata non è quella della foto. In camera sarebbe utile almeno un bollitore visto che fino alle 10 non apre il bar e nella zona bisogna spostarsi in macchina per fare colazione. sarebbe anche utile un distributore automatico di bevande visto che l'acqua non è potabile.

This place is a hidden gem. Family run business. I found this place via Google maps. I am so pleased with our stay.Stayed for 7 nights There is a pool with a bar. Open the same time as the pool from 10 am to 7 pm and they sometimes stay late open in the bar to 8 pm. Their waffles are delicious a long with their salads and omelettes. The local beer is really good to and they make some mean cocktails as well. The local bus stops next door. This property also has beach access with lounge chairs ( no charge which is rare). Ocean view from most rooms. The only negative is that you pay 5 euro per day extra if you want to use the AC in your room. I would return to this location anytime.

Man sollte es ja eher als Geheimtipp für sich behalten, aber okay, ich verrate: Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub, vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Die Lokation ganz wunderbar am Meer gelegen. Das Zimmer war traumhaft groß mit Blick auf den sehr sauberen Pool. Herr Georgios, der Inhaber, ein ganz toller Mensch mit dem wir uns super unterhalten haben und der uns viele Tipps gegeben hat. Und Marios und seine Frau sind auch ganz liebe Leute, die uns auch viele Vorschläge für die Umgebung gemacht haben. Frau Popi, die Reinigungsdame, hielt das Zimmer jeden Tag sehr sauber, man fühlte sich einfach wohl! Dankeschön hierfür! WIR KOMMEN WIEDER! Xeretismata Olga

Lovely seaside hotel/apartments

We've enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sweet Kalimera. The owners and staff are really helpful. This place is the ideal spot for your 'home base' to go and explore the Island by car/bike or whatever. We loved the fact that it's right in the middle of the Island, so it's not far to either Kos town, or Kefalos on either sides of the Island. For us the ideal base to plan trips by car from. (We found Kardamena to be an ok place, but loved Mastichari even more, which is like a 20-30 minutes drive away. Good place for dinner.) Staf at Sweet Kalimera is really open to helping you out the best they can. Just ask them. They even picked us up and brought us back to the airport! (small fee) We would surely recommend this place if you're in for a relaxing and quiet holiday.

Giudizi positivi: - spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini (anche se scomodi); - piscina pulita con acqua ben temperata; - pulizie ottime; - trasferimento (da e per aeroporto) gratuito. Giudizi negativi: - trasferimento a cura della struttura per Kos porto a pagamento (30€). Con il taxi 35€. - invasioni di mosquito (dal tramonto, che ti obbligano l'uso dell'aria condizionata (5€ per day) - dopo le 19 diventa un dormitorio. - luogo adatto x pensionati; - barista cordiale ma con una risata da ebete; - alloggiamento e i prezzi al bar costosi per la zona. Meglio in hotel.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questa struttura di gestione familiare.... Tutto perfetto dalla posizione alla Camera molto spaziosa .La struttura è nuova,la pulizia è impeccabile viene effettuata tt i giorni con cambio teli.Si può fare colazione e cena al vicino hotel Kalimera Mare che praticamente è attaccata al Sweet Kalimera ... Lo consiglio vivamente se si viene a Kardamania.Da quello che ho visto in giro la ritengo una delle migliori strutture del posto .

prima vacanza a Kos

considero la mia esperienza più che positiva,mi sono trovato molto bene e non ho avuto problemi di nessun genere. l'isola mi è piaciuta molto ,volevo sole, mare bello e tranquillità e li ho trovati. anche per quanto riguarda i servizi (market,ristoranti ,negozi ,farmacia etc) tutto ok. mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Gerne kommen wir wieder!!

Wir beide waren Mitte Juni für eine Woche in der schönen Appartementanlage und rundum zufrieden. Das Haus verdient den Namen Sweet Kalimera ( Süßer Morgen) völlig zu recht! Der große Pool lädt einen direkt nach dem aufstehen zum schwimmen ein, einen Kaffee oder anderes gibts an der Poolbar. Zum glasklaren Meer geht man nur über die Straße, der Strand ist leider etwas grobkörnig und im Wasser auch steinig, sodass man sich vorher Gummischuhe überziehen sollte. Direkt beim Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle von der aus man stündlich in nur 10 Minuten im Fischerdorf Kardamena ist, wo es viele schöne romantische Lokale gibt, dort kann man den Tag bei gutem und preiswerten Essen ausklingen lassen. Hervorzuheben ist die freundliche Betreiberfamilie, die immer sehr um uns und die anderen Gäste bemüht war! Einfach Klasse! Eine Anregung noch: Schön wäre es, wenn die Appartments mit einer Kochgelegenheit oder Kaffeemaschine ausgerüstet würden. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche sehr gut erholt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!
