Nice hotel but we did not get the room we booked.

The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There's a nice bar/restaurant on the main floor. The room we booked (Exclusive Studio Suite) was not the one we got. The owner (?)/man at the front desk said that we paid for the Deluxe Double Room. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com and he still said that wouldn't be the price for the room (that it was more in zloty) and that there was something wrong with the way it was advertised on the site. That was very disappointing.

Bestyreren var rigtig flink. Han gav os en rigtig flot fremvisning af hotellet og fortalte os om stedet. Han var altid til rådighed og hjalp os også med at bestille en taxa til hjemturen. Manglede vi noget på hotellet sørgede han straks for at vi havde det på værelset 😁

Czysto, cicho, bardzo ciekawy budynek w centrum miasta. Co do obsługi, to zależy... Panie w restauracji bardzo się starają, miałem problem z klimatyzacją, a recepcja czynna do 19... Niestety Panią z recepcji trzeba było szukać samemu po 15min czekania :) Ogólnie polecam ze względu na lokalizację, fajne pokoje i miejsca na śniadanie w pobliżu. Piwo też było dobre :) Śniadania jadłem za rokiem w piekarni dosłownie 50-70m. Parking przy ulicy darmowy w weekendy, a w tygodniu od 18.

Pokój czysty i przestronny. Obsługa miła - zdalna spowodowana Covid'em. W cenie parking podziemny. Minus za brak możliwości doliczenia śniadania do faktury. Bardzo duży minus za nie dosłanie mi obiecanej faktury za śnaidanie i kolację.

Det var en strålande vistelse, fräscht hotel och trots rådande omständigheter med Covid19 fick all hjälp som behövdes, trots att receptionen var stängd. Den jättetrevliga receptionisten var tillgänglig via telefonen hela tiden

Restaurant og bar var rigtig hyggelig og dejlig mad og service. Troede at vi skulle sove i en King size seng, men vi fik en meget lille seng tror at den var 120 x 200 og kun en dyne😳 Det var en meget kedelig by hvor der var fyldt med kedelige pizzarier.

Zentral gelegen im Städtchen Kościerzyna. Parkmöglichkeiten in sicherer Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr. Zur Ein- und Ausfahrt muss man jedoch immer die Rezeption anrufen... schlecht , wenn man in der Garage keinen Empfang hat. Sonst alles in Ordnung, Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich.

Der blev afholdt koncert samt spillet musik til omkring 4-tiden om natten der gjorde det umuligt at sove. Rimelig problematisk når man skal tidligt op dagen efter, samt er kommet for at slappe af og nyde spaoplevelserne, ikke for en ungdoms rustur.

Excellent choice!

Surprisingly cosy town and fantastic hotel - big comfy rooms and beds, quiet, parking inside or outside, friendly reception, own brewery (you can order a beer bath!), restaurant and pizzeria. High standard. Small shopping centers just outside the door. And outdoor railway museum around 2 km from the hotel that is fun for big and small!

Really good hotel and brewery!

From the moment we checked in, this was an excellent stay. The guys on reception were excellent, both the people we encountered spoke excellent English and were friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. They bent over backwards to make us comfortable, providing a baby cot and sheets for the sofa bed. The room involved crossing the roof terrace, which was a novelty and not an inconvenience (but I guess it could have been in the rain!). Our room was large and clean and nicely decorated in a modern style. We were extremely disappointed that the presence of our kids prevented us from taking a beer bath or going in the spa because they looked excellent! The restaurant downstairs served lovely food - we had an evening meal, again service was great and food was of high quality - and a great breakfast too. The beer, unsurprisingly in this brewery, was lovely. You can park outside this hotel on the street for free if a space happens to be available, but if not you can park in the secure garage underneath, which requires reception to let you in so is very secure (although the turning in is a little tight). The garage also stores a load of bottling equipment for the brewery which is interesting! One complaint would be that curiously the curtains are about a foot short of covering the whole window, so it was a bit too light in the morning. Otherwise, a flawless stay in an excellent hotel.
