"Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The food in the bar was really nice, with a good selection. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but still enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this hotel again."

Room was clean, wee bit tired round the edges but bed really comfortable and free prosecco on arrival and free (non alcohol) mini bar was very welcome. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful."
