“We love this place.”

“2 night stay here was as smooth as we could have hoped for. We checked in very late after hours - 02:00 - and staff kindly left our keys in a secure lock box for self check in, all helpfully sorted via a simple email beforehand. They also sorted us a parking space directly in front of the property (additional parking is available behind the hotel too). Rooms were fresh, well equipped and bathroom looked newly renovated. “가족단위 휴양을 위한 호텔. 체코 고성숙박과 같은 색다른 경험을 위한 호텔은 아님. 위치상 식사를 위한 장소가 호텔외에는 없음”

“Modern, newly refurbished, clean wonderful stay in Poděbrady.”

“The suites in the main castle are a special experience. The only negative would be the several stairs to climb to get from the reception to the room in the chateau.”

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft entsprach dem so wie ed beschrieben wurde. ”

“The receptionist was very kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.”

“Alles super inkl. Frühstück”

The air conditioning in the room was not working, and everything in the room is worn out and very old. Basic complimentary amenities like toiletry or personal care kits are not provided at all. On top of that, it really wasn't that clean either—surfaces were quite dusty. The...
