Excellent unit. Amazing view. Spent many hours sitting on the deck watching the world go by. Extremely handy to Imago shopping mall. A great selection of food only a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again.

the owner is very nice and detailed to explain the check in procedue. You can park your car at 5th floor with access card.
the location is very good and convinence where the shopping mall just below the stay.
1 thing shall be improved is the funitures were aged but still valueable, especially for a family or friends.

This place is simply amazing. The room was clean, big and spacious. It is located at a great location, but the only bad point was the parking. Residents/Visitors have to park at limited parking spaces, which is a hassle if you are travelling with big luggage cases and have to walk for quite a distance.

Nice rooms but block E is hard to find!
When we arrived we realised i hadn't contacted the hotel the day before to get check in info - this was under check in knfo on the booking and i hadn't looked... We found a cafe with and contacted the owner who was really helpful and gave us the codes we needed for the door and instructions how to get there. We were in block E which we found really hard to find! Even once we found the room it was hard to find when we came back to it that evening. We didnt have access to mobile data which didn't help!
But the rooms are conveniently located and clean and comfortable. We had a nice view towards the mosque. There's a nice outside pool area which we didn't use but looked lovely

The flat was in absolute ruins - mouldy doors, peeling walls and cockroach. It had a large steel gate outside which someone could technically attach a lock from the outside which was unsafe. The building smelled like urine. Would not cook there given cockroach in the kitchen. Only perk was location and washing machine

My worst stay in Sabah
The condition of the property is too old and not well maintained. TV box is not functional, toilet is dirty and moldy, furniture are old and start breaking apart.
There are a lot of small cockroaches running around in the house.

The property was nothing like in the expedia adverts. The furniture was old and broken. The bar stools were rusty and material was tattered. The walls were mouldy, dining chairs were a mix of old and new unmatched. The WC flush button was broken. Soap dispenders were labelled by black marker unprofessionally. There was a musty smell around. The coffee table was damaged. Bulbs were blown and not replaced. This is not a holiday rental. It is a poorly maintained apartment. The toilets also had a smell of a sewer.

Ich bin Vielflieger verbringe einen grossen Teil in Hotels. Zim ersten mal habe ich eine Privat Wohnung gebucht. Ich kann die 5 Sterne Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Alle drei Bäder waren stark verdreckt, Flecken, Schimmel und Dreck an allen Ecken. Die Türen kann man sich vor Dreck gar nicht angucken. Die Eingangstür wurde provisorisch mit einer Holzplatte nachträglich befestigt. Die Klima Anlage tropft so stark, dass der Fußboden morgens völlig nass war. In einem Zimmer konnte am die AC nur an oder aus machen. Die Steuerung geht nicht.
Lage sehr gut in einer mall.

체크인 매우 불편함
새벽도착했는데 안내데스크도 없고 호텔스닷컴에서 체크인 방법 메일로 보내주지 않아 체크인하는데 매우 불편했어요. 경비직원이 간신히 도와주어 우편함에서 열쇠 꺼내기까지 1시간 정도 걸렸는데 넘 더워서 완전 지쳤답니다. 간신히 레지던스 홈에 들어갔는데 테이블마다 개미가 너무 많아서 깜짝 놀랐어요.
다신 가고싶지 않은~
단지 이마고 몰이 아래 층에 있어서 쇼핑만 편리할 뿐이었어요.
수영장 물도 매우 더러운 상태라서 불편했어요~

Aluksi oli vähän epäselvää miten avaimet saadaan, kun ohjeissa oli, että ohjeet tulee sähköpostiin. Tallensin puhelinnumeron ja sain wappin kautta näppärästi yhteyden ja ohjeet. Avaimet sai avainboxista sisääntuloaulasta. Huoneisto oli ihanan iso, vähän kulahtanut mutta äkkiä tuntui jo kodikkaalta. Mahtavan kokoinen uima-allas 6.kerroksessa ja illalla upea tunnelma 4. kerroksen altaalta kauounkia katsellen. Puutarha ympärillä! Samassa talossa oli hieno iso ostoskeskus missä oli iso supermarket alakerroksessa. Tosi hyvä yöpymispaikka!
