"Staff was not on property as it is off seasons, but kind, accommodating and polite. The checkin was easy, bed was very comfortable, location was very practical. The rooms are small but functional. We disliked the lack of shower curtain, bad smell of bathroom and the fact that there is zero soundproofing. We were bothered by noise from other rooms etc."

"From the beginning all the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We show up early to leave our luggage but they cleaned our room right away and let us check-in. "This review is not about the property. I'm sure it would have been delightful if we were able to go. This review is about Expedia. Sadly our timing was during a natural disaster of severe storm Daniel and the area becoming highly destroyed. I attempted to contact Expedia to discuss the issue for a rebooking somewhere else via something other than their virtual chat, as that was not working. There was no other means of communicating with Expedia that was offered in order to address this issue. It would be my expectation that Expedia would be aware of various natural disasters taking place around the properties they are promoting. Expedia not once reach out to us to let us know that this would have been an issue."
