"It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing."

"The staff was super friendly and that is why the rating is high. It’s an old place , clean for what it is inside the room. No windows, bathroom + toilet combined. As a solo traveller it was acceptable for what you’re paying. If not for the staff who was always trying to please it would have been 2 stars - 1 stars based on just the facilities. If you want to just crash, not worry about creepy crawlers, bare bones. Try them out."

The service worker was fast asleep and didn't hear the doorbell. So, I called the phone number but no one answered. A few minutes later I got a call from the manager. He apologized and went there to let me in. He felt bad because I was waiting for close to 30 minutes, so he upgraded my room. I didn't realize until after he left that...
