入住顺利， i been staying at Ascott for over 15years, it is so sad to witness how much the management, service, facilities has deteriorated. Suite room only limits two cups, dish soap is not allowed to provide, had to bag for extra Laundry detergent. Good worker, poor management! Only the location is great !

Came HongKong to watch Twins concert at the coliseum and boy, this hotel is a stone throw away from the concert hall. Super convenient and also a stone throw away from the MTR. Will be my first choice in the future if I’m coming for another concert. Front desk staffs are pretty friendly and can converse well in English and mandarin too.

Walking to and from this property is a bit of a nightmare. You need learn a very specific route otherwise you will get lost in a jumble of buildings and walkways that are very confusing to navigate.

I was locked inside the room as their door lock was malfunction after I put on the door knob latch at night. Call housekeeping but they also could not open the knob. I had to wait till they called another guy for assistance. I think the hotel knew there was a problem as when I checked in late around 8pm, a guy came to the door to see if my room card worked or not. Anyway, this incident made me not too satisfied especially the morning I had an appointment to go to.
