convenient location; the staff gave us bottles of water every day - nice; furniture is a bit old but still fine and functions well; staff is friendly and helpful too.

距離最近的地鐵站約5分鐘步行時間。入住及退房時職員解說簡單清晰，房內有需要補充的用品亦很快提供。房間整體乾淨舒適，熱水溫及水壓很好。惟房內電磁爐無法使用。

全般満足でしたが、日によってお掃除の内容にばらつきがあったことが若干気になりました。 しかしながら、ホテルスタッフさんは親切で 香港に滞在する際にはまた泊まりたいです。

前は、CHI Residence 279でした。そのころから利用しています。立地は良いです。MTRの駅も徒歩圏、すぐ近くにネイザンロードがありバスも便利。食べるところも沢山あるし、スーパー、コンビニも近くにあります。部屋も広いですし、キッチンもあります。食事を作ることはないですが、電子レンジがあるので、便利です。 前は、屋上に洗濯機、乾燥機がありましたが、無くなっていました。近くにコインランドリーはあります。

やはりキッチンが付いているのは便利。部屋も充分広く一般のホテルに泊まるのと同じか広さを考えたらそれより安い値段で泊まれるのは得した気分。ゆっくりくつろげる。喫煙エリアが無いのがちょっと辛かったけど喫煙しない人は関係ないかな。
