Hi Judy, first of all, we would like to thank you for making time to leave a feedback to us. Yet, there are a few things we need to explain based on your review. Firstly, we provide towels and the rent is HKD20 each time you rent it. We have stated that towel is not included in the rate if you book for a bed in the dormitories as it is a budget option for some travelers to stay with a good price while it comes with less amenities. Secondly, free tea and coffee is providing at the kitchen in our common area and it comes with coffee mate at the side. Thirdly, we put sink and shower together that aims to save space for making a bigger toilet and shower, but we do separate the shower and toilet with some distance and a curtain to keep the toilet dry. Hope you could understand the design that commonly found in some small buildings in Hong Kong due to the high density of the city. Lastly, we try to make sure our guests who stay in dorm room can enjoy some personal space to we do put curtains on every bed. We feel regret that you did not feel comfortable enough about your bed and the space, we will try to talk to our team and collect more feedback about the design of the beds. And here we can also suggest you to book a private room if you view privacy as one of the most important things of your stay. Thanks for the review! During your stay the second lift was under maintenance and therefore we only had one working. But it's good to know that it wasn't too much of a trouble for you! However both lifts are now working so welcome to come back any time ;) see you soon!
