Great place for families with kids! Swimming pool downstairs. A huge park a block away with a splash pad and many playgrounds. Food trucks right next door. Tram to the old city runs right past the hotel. A 20 minute walk to the old city. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym was tiny, but wasn’t too busy. Parking was a bit overpriced. Overall, we are happy!

Overall, it is an excellent hotel and would’ve had better ratings if the bed wasn’t so terrible. I don’t mean bad, I mean broken springs, felt like I was leaning off of the bed, got no sleep, terrible. Straight s#* . Otherwise, it’s top-tier facility with an AMAZING restaurant. However, after a day at Auschwitz and the salt mines, you need your sleep, and that wasn’t the place to get it. It’s a shame a mattress can do so much damage for a place where sleep is pinnacle.

Great hotel easy check in. No extra information about the hotel or services given at this time. House keeping wasn’t up to standard for a Marriott. Our room wasn’t cleaned till 4.30 on the second day. We had been gone all day on a tour and wanted to come back and rest before dinner. Loved the pool and wellness area this was the hi light.

The property overall was excellent. The rooms were spacious and were in great condition. Highly recommend the balcony. We had a wrap around and it was great. Nice running track, bike path and field nearby where people had picnics and could get a run in. Next to the hotel are some small food trucks where you can grab some food and next to the hotel is a small convenince store with everything you need. Staff was very nice and helpful and let us check in early! Maid staff in the beginning was very good but for our last few days they didn't make the bed or replace some towels. Nothing that was that bad we couldn't handle, it was moreso an annoyance. Overall though very good stay and would recommend.

No more Marriott! 1. We ordered room for 3 persons, 2 adults + kid, when we checked in at the night after fly we found out there is only 2 sleeping places, and for kid bed not prepared at all, towels, robes and slippers only for two persons so it took them 1 hour to bring additional set of bed sheets and towels 2. Low pressure in the shower 3. Just terrible mattresses, we stayed 3 nights and it was a challenge to get a sleep, mattress so soft that it felt like we on water mattress 4. Staff really nice, but reception not answer to the calls and once I felt that a guy on the reception was just annoying but my question. Breakfasts really tasty and room very clear but not enough for 4 stars and this price
