It was a two minute walk from Old Town and two minutes from Train to airport. Felt very safe as well. The man at the desk was super helpful when I was trying to order an uber. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is close to the main station and to the main square. The room was spacious and airy. Bed is comfortable, however the pillow is pretty much non existent. The shower hose leaked and with the water pressure being low already its pretty hard to have a decent shower.

Hotel is in a great location with a tram/bus station outside (can be noisy sometimes) and just a short walk from the old town and local mall. The beds/pillows aren’t the most comfortable and it took me a while to fall asleep on them.

This stay was better than we expected in terms of space and quality of room. There was a mini split but it did not reach the other second room even with the door open. There was a man passed out across the window on the ground and which was alarming. Overall, close to train station and good price for 1 night.

My only comment is that the room was up some 50 stairs and that was hard on my old bones. Aside from that the stay was lovely

The room was lovely with plenty of space. My room faced the street, so there was often the sound of trams passing by. The included breakfast offers a wide variety of food options. Location is ideal, with easy access to multiple tram lines, short walk to train station and Old Town across the street. The only negative for me was that the restaurant and lobby were in the Hotel Polonia next door, so you had to go outside to get to them. There are no elevators.

The most unsatisfied thing is the hotel didn"t give me a receipt in spite of insisiteing of mine to want . When I chcked out at 6 am, the staff (seems a older man) couldn't undestand waht I said. by English. Good point : My orignal reservation was included a breakfast but I coudn't eat it due to early check out. But other staff made me light meal for go out.It was really helpful with me.

Everything was fine, location is great but the only thing that made our stay bitter in the end is the guy from reception asked us for money for helping with the luggage, BUT, that hotel does not have an elevator and no way us 2 tiny girls could carry all that stuff. If you do not have elevator you should have free option of help with luggage and not require money for “convenience “ because you not having elevator it’s huge inconvenience!!!!

Good: The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Krakow Old Town and access from the airport by train. Very much the reason we picked the hotel. Good breakfast next door. Bad: But we were NOT happy with the room or the beds! Both mattresses was quite worn and had a concave shape were the springs and the bed boards could be felt - that is where I didn’t fall between the bed boards… So our necks and backs and hips did not have a good holiday. We also had a room overlooking a busy street with trams and emergency vehicles making noise throughout the night, and a lack of sleep and good rest affected the whole trip. Recommendation: New mattresses should be prioritized in the hotel budget, and soundproofing glass on the rooms overlooking the street would have been nice.

Don't stay -- Noisy room at main street with trams

This place is located on a very noisy street, which is the main street with trams. When I asked to change the room, they replied to me immediately that all rooms are occupied without even check the computer. This is ridiculous, because I checked in at 1pm and asked to change the room at 1:30pm, how they know that all rooms are occupied when it was 1:30pm? For example, the room #3 (same standard, quiet room, facing the backyard) is empty during my stay. So definitely they lied to me. I kept all the videos for the facts I stated here.

Good location , helpful staff,but air conditioner wasn’t working and they knew about it but they werent going to repair it. I was told that I couldnt be certain of getting another room as many guest were due in. It was too much of a hassle and I decided to live with it. Staff otherwise helpful though I would say if you don’t like the stairs avoider. They put me on the 3rd floor and there were 7 flights up to the floor
