Immaculate hotel. Excellent and polite staff. They let me check in early. Excellent location, next to the old town And the Krakowska mall. Very very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom and amenities. Loved the stay. Very much recommended

We had some unwanted noise from the adjoining room, but otherwise we had a truly lovely night in Kraków again. We will return to Central Palace again in the future.

This hotel is wonderful. I was shocked because I have been passing this building every time I am in Cracow not knowing there is a hotel upstairs. There are Starbucks and famous Polish cafe Lajkonik downstairs. Located sitting walking distance to both the shopping mall, train & bus station and old town. The hotel is super clean. You could eat from the floor :) the staff is very professional and nice. Also, good price. I will definitely stay there again.

Due to our own mistake we had to rebook our stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. They made us feel welcome. The place is clean, well equipped and furnished, walking distance to the main train station, shopping mall, restaurants. Highly recommended

Buena ubicación, son pocas habitaciones. Amplias y limpias, La acústica de las habitaciones pudiera ser mejor ya que se escucha lo que sucede en la habitación contigua. Por suerte nos tocó un vecino que no hizo mucho ruido.
