What a great hotel. Everything was fabulous the room , the bed , the food & the shared space reception/dining area. Friendly, safe & very clean. Tram stop right outside, easy access to everything.

Very clean , helpful staff, very accessible to all areas of the city with the tram stop being opposite with very cheap tram fares. Walking distant to a garage and zabka for snacks and drinks. Could not fault a thing and would stay here again

The room was clean, fantastic bathroom too. The tea and coffee tray on the landing, for out of hours drinks never had ebough cups. The staff were good especially the 2 girls on the bar/food area.

This hotel is Ultra convenient because it is right next to railway station. First room had a bad floor - but they exchanged for one in nicer condition. Clean, comfortable close to everything in the old city center.

It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early morning .overall lovely hotel and stay.

There are a few things that a great hotel has. Decent blinds so you can sleep, a comfortable bed, fast WiFi and a nice lounge to sit it. This hotel has it all. Logistically, it’s just amazing.
