"This was our 3rd stay at the Ballinderry, but the first for 5 years. The place was as good as ever, and we had a fantastic 2 night stay. Luc and Hilde are very welcoming - and Hilde’s food for breakfast, and a fantastic Valentines meal, second to none. We will always look to stay there when visiting Robertson, which has some great wine estates, and would highly recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"The property itself is so elegant and stylish with unimpeded views across to the mountains. The deck, pool and gardens are peaceful and full of beautiful sculptures. Our room, Room 4 was spacious, light and airy with a secluded private deck. A gorgeous place to stay within an easy walk to town with all its historic homes. But best of all were the delightful hosts, such warmth and so friendly and genuinely wanting to help in anyway and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Great breakfast."

"We had a great stay at Beausoleil this past weekend. The venue boasted a comfortable, nicely furnished suite, well-kept grounds and an abundance of birdlife. "We really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof. We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix. Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough. We will definitely go again."

"A warm welcome from Luc & Hilda, we were given a large, nicely decorated modern room with very comfy bed and the shower room & toilet were to the same high standard. Very nice breakfast served by Luc and his friendly team, it was autumn when we visited so it can be cool at night in South Africa, the bed’s electric blankets made them warm and cosy, the open log fire in the breakfast room was very nice in the morning and the log burner in the lounge was equally as inviting in the evening. We felt totally safe staying at Ballinderry Guest House, in the town of Robertson and this region of SA generally. We would highly recommend people come and stay."

"Excellent stay. Warm and welcoming and beautiful large room with comfortable bed. Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast.
