"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

Location is excellent, tucked away from busy port where the boats and yachts dock yet on a walking distance to excellent restaurants and entrance to the beautiful national park. Interior is well maintained with modern and tasteful style and the apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a stay. Hosts are very welcoming and super helpful. "This was a nice option if you are looking for a more budget-friendly hotel. Certainly not fancy but decent for the price and good for families with young kids (there is a playground in front of the hotel that even has a small enclosed trampoline park for a small fee). It is more dated for sure than the other places we stayed on our trip, the breakfast was decent but not over the top and we didn't eat any other meals on site. We didn't make it to any since our stay was short, but there are a lot of wineries nearby including some within reasonable walking distance. We liked the location, there are some nice spots and a lovely beach bar that seemed to be a place a lot of locals go. If you wanted to spend most of your time in Korcula Old Town you have to take a taxi or water taxi you may want to opt to stay closer (we couldn't get firm information about that from the hotel and ended up missing it because we didn't know when it stopped running). It's a great location for wineries which we originally planned to visit. We also spent a day at Pupnaska Luka beach which was incredible (but across the island) so we didn't want to stay right in Old Town (we went for sunset/dinner at Old Town once the heat died down a little)."
