“Nicely located near Stein and a short walk through campus to the Steinertor end of Krems a.d. Donau. Next door to 2Stein a fun good bar and restaurant. Room was quiet. Outdoor space a plus”

“Very old but the room was well modernized so it was quite pleasant stay with friendly staffs at reception as well as restaurant”

“Convenient location with excellent amenities”

“Severe Heat & Uninhabitable Space: The apartment reached an unbearable 31 degrees Celsius with a non-functioning/inadequate cooling setup. Because of this, all three guests were forced to cram into a single 1st-floor room to sleep for both nights. Severe Sanitation and Cleanliness Issues: Upon arrival, the apartment was not ready.

“Hostel style, one sleeps in a wooden box in a large shared room. Bathrooms are very nice, everything is communal. That increases social interactions and people are generally respectful and engaging, eager to help each other. The cost is low and for a place to stay and enjoy Melk, it was fine. The GPS points you to the other side of the building, rather, the place is on the street closer to the train line.”
