"The hotel was ok - the rooms - the staff…. But the bed are just terrible and unacceptable "

The room was very cold, as was the restaurant, where the only “normal” place to sit was by the fireplace. "Hotel is on outskirts of town and is mainly a resort with cabins and basketball courts and a small sandy beach on lakeside. Area is beautiful but for a "business" traveler this hotel doesn't offer. WiFi poor. Room small and there was two single beds in my room which were fold up beds that were so low to ground its difficult to get up from. The walls separating each rooms were paper thin and I could hear conversations in next room. Breakfast was good with buffet style where you went across...

"Tout d'abord pendant 2 jours, je n'ai vu personne. Personne à la réception dans les locaux etc..sauf une femme de ménage. J'ai essayé de joindre une personne de l'hotel par mail, téléphone etc...personne réponds. C'est la premiere fois que je séjourné dans un lieux où il n' y a pas de lit, pas de chambre !! Le seul endroit pour dormir est un canapé-lit très très inconfortable. Je suis arrivé à 11h le soir, j'ai dû déplier le lit et faire mon lit car aucun drap n'était fait. Et impossible de...
