When we arrived at the hotel at 5.30 , long time after original checkin, the room was not ready for us 3, only for 2. So we needed to ask them to make an extra bed for us and extra towels. When I was going to the toilet, it was blood or poop on the toilet seat, so I started our visit with cleaning the toilet. My son 6 years old, comment in the glasses on the sink, they were sticky. The room was very little and didnt feel clean
The breakfast was great and the children enjoyed the play room in the basment
Good location but far away from town. I did not have breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable but no chari to do work. Perhaps better for family as lot of space
The hotel is nice but it is definitely better for families than for couples. It is beside an amusement park so there were mostly families with children staying at the hotel. Meals were quite noisy with children.
Great location for Dyreparken and incredibly helpful staff especially in the restaurant. We took advantage of the "lunch box" offer so we paid a small fee per person and made a delicious fruit and sandwich lunch to take with us. Much better than the fried shockingly expensive offerings at Dyreparken.
Pool was fun too but a bit awkward to get to as no direct access from changing rooms - no big deal at all though.
Would definitely stay again - easy 7 min walk to Dyreparken and great helpful staff all round.
Very good breakfast beside the pancakes, they where so hard and disgusting. Nice and clean room but very cold and freezing room. The soap was finish so i have to wash hands in shampoo. Overall very good and nice hotel.
