Incredible stay, incredible staff, incredible professional security in and outside of building. Company I booked with needs a 24 hour attendant. You should and can charge more per night for the units. Staff works hard and is appreciated for their long hours. The netflix and Amazon prime is a huge bonus. Could stay here for a month! Keep it up! reach out to me for further recommendations. turtle@turtlestreks.com

We were unable to find the front desk which was not accessible to where we got dropped off. We had no instruction on how to check in. It was a hassel to find the front desk - find a security gaurd and ask him. Data signal was next to none on our floor. We could not access the internet the whole night. Otherwise the unit was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Long walk to the nearest train station.

The property isn’t suitable for a long-term stay for tourists. They don’t provide sufficient home essentials such as a water dispenser, cleaning services, or basic accessories. At the end of the day, they'll charge you for services that are not provided.

Cleanliness: The room could have been cleaner. Amenities: There were no towels provided in the room. Service: The check-in process was handled unprofessionally. Booking Issue: I made an incorrect booking, and no compromise solution was offered. Booked this place like two times for my mother in law but it was disappointed. Definitely not worth the money to stay at this place. Whoever thinks to book this place, think twice again. Management does not seem to know who are their manager name as well.
