Loved the hotel. It’s centrally located and very close to TRX Exchange. The open bathroom overlooking the city with creeper plants was interesting. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the staffs were very down to earth.

The room was very clean and well kept. However the loft area has some floor creaking that was concerning at first but we got used to it. The staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant Opeum inside the hotel is really good too.

Run don’t walk to Lloyd’s Inn. Highlights include: · Oozes Japanese Zen Muji interior – tasteful and chic. So Instagramable! · A good night’s sleep with quiet room and comfortable bed · Complimentary made-to-order delicious breakfast that changes daily (6.30am-10.30am) · Great location with lots of interesting café, bakery and restaurants around · Stone-throw away from TRX and walkable to the Golden Triangle area · Friendly staffs Lastly a major shoutout to Alvin from the reception. He went over and beyond in ensuring our comfort while trying to expedite our check-in time due to our 7am arrival after a long flight from The States. All in, a great start on our Asian Tour, can’t wait to be back!

The location is fantastic – just a short 3-5 minute walk to the brand new TRX mall and MRT station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. It's also close to Pavilion KL and surrounded by charming local eateries and trendy cafes, including the famous Grumpy Bagel.

The staff were really nice, no question about it. The location was quite good too. The design of the hotel and room is quite interesting....loved the swing in the balcony, except that I can't possibly swing without hitting my back against the wall. Could only do feeble little swings, like 10 centimetres to and fro. The space in the twin-bedded room is very tight but I guess Lloyd's is trying to put as many features into as small a room as possible. The clothes rod attached to the ceiling was sufficient because we didn't hang much....but there was a wire running along the top of the rod and actually poking out visibly at the end (supposed to be an LED wire?? couldn't tell, cos not working). Would have loved to have another chair in the the room as there were 2 of us and only 1 chair...which was how cramped the place was. And I could tell that the housekeeping staff didn't wash down the ledges in the shower space, because when I went to shower on the first night, there were some encrusted stuff left behind by some insect(??) here and there. The morning breakfast offered a choice from 2 mains, which were really unique and yummy. The accompanying buffet was really spartan though: 3 fruits (various melons), small choice of child-friendly cereals and cold milk, jars of overnight oats, plain croissants, white bread with choice of butter/2 jams, and tea bags/pre-brewed coffee.
