Can be improved

The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably

New apartment but surrounded by noise

The building is new but it is surrounded by other buildings that are under-construction. So it is very noisy during the mornings and the whole day. Checking-in process was poor, do not text the property manager as he will not respond. The apartment is new and reasonably clean, the bed is comfortable and provided a reasonable one-night stay.

1. Check in time supposed to be 3 pm, but when we were there , the property is yet ready for check ( we are there about 3:10 pm) , house keeping just started to make up, we need to wait in the property ( the unit we stay) about 10 minute before everything is ready. 2. There is unit of Television , but is not working . no TV cable is connected to TV. it seem to be for display/ decoration purpose only. 3. there is 2 unit bathroom , master bedroom water heater got having problem . it unable to working properly . we need to manually to press the button to enjoy hot water. 4. as a home stay unit / concept, this unit provide fan ( as the surrounding at mount- cool weather ) but there is not remote control for the fan .

It’s a newly build properties with swimming pool facilities. But located quite far apart from the restaurants and shops. Parking is easy. Check in experience was considered smooth. Only some anxiety on the booking reconfirmation part. As we were required to reconfirm our reservations at least 24hrs prior to the c/in date, the mobile number given was not reachable most of the time. Message left but no return call. Leave us no remedy on how to go about until late on pre night.
