Very simple property vegetarian restaurant attached really good food but limited choices for food nearby also room bed was lumpy area safe close to city center kind of noisy most times in area not hotel only shopping nearby is jewelry and some clothes if looking for simple cost effective place this is it no frills

I wouldnt stay there again. The staff are creepy & didnt wanna help & tried to argue with me. It is a non smoking hotel - but all the rooms had ash trays & people have been smoking in there. No fridges in rooms. It is a 2 star hotel & it says a 3 star hotel on Expedia. It also says alot more untrue things on Expedia. I will never stay there again.

Cockroach infested, no response despite several complaints. Staff very unresponsive unconcerned, one even said complain to Agoda in review. Manager promised to arrange my Grab airport drop on10/12 morning at 6am however no arrangements were made and no one at reception was able to make a booking. They knew I was desperate so arranged with his friend Taxi driver by Anwar and finally I was overcharged by taxi driver. very bad hotel= never stay again.

Our stay there for 4 days 3 night was so wonderful. Great staff at front desk or housekeeping. Very clean and good services. If l and family went to Kuala Lumpur, that's will be our first choice. Thank you so very much.

Palace Hotel need upgrading facilities

Keadaan bilik dah usang. TV lama, carpet berbau & tak kering, aircond juga membuat carpet bilik basah. Byk lipas and tiada peti ais dlm bilik. Housekeeping masam muka bila minta or Tanya sesuatu mcm nak pinjam sejadah, etc. Lift kecil satu saja.
