โYou know your room wasn't cleaned between customers when you find a floater in the toilette, and dirty sheets. Upon complaining to management, they gave us another room and promised that this one had been cleaned.โ
โFirstly our booking was denied by hotel which was done thr' expedia.Then although paid for deluxe room, gave us dirty small inconvienient room without AC,fan,cupboard.After multiple requests,no upgradation on next day also.โ
