"Good location Beach access Felt very safe Grounds well kept Rooms need a good spring clean. We had an ant issue in our room, the staff did address as best as possible. Staff were extremely helpful. It ’s pretty much a do it yourself resort- Rubbish out, no sheet change, towel change once."

"Cape Trib beach house gives you the opportunity to have a secluded bit of rainforest and beach away from the busier parts of the Daintree. The restaurant is good, portions are large. You can sit on an idyllic beach with just a couple of others hearing and seeing the rainforest animals as waves lap upon the beach. We saw Cassowary at the property twice in our 3 day stay. You can’t go in the water, but that is true of all FNQ. This is not a luxury property but maybe a more authentic feel, the rooms have the basic necessities and are clean and comfortable. The property is well located for Daintree activities, we did both the horse riding and ziplining, both of which were excellent and can be organised by the staff."
