Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants.

遅いチェックインでしたが、きちんと対応頂き気持ちよく滞在できました。設備は古いですが、きちんと清掃、メンテナンスされている印象です。温泉は時間が遅くて入らなかったのは残念でしたが、別のおお風呂に入ることができました。

ホテルのキレイさも、駐車場の停め易さも、スタッフさんの対応も、すべて、満足です。 そちら方面に行く時は、いつも利用させて頂いてます。 人気なので、土日祝前日は、早めに予約しないといけないので、いいのか？悪いのか？って感じです。 直前に予約をとらないといけないことが一度あって、泣く泣く、他のホテルをとったことがあります😭

年に何回も旅をしてますが、良くも悪くも古くて懐かしかったです。チェックインとチェックアウトは、都市部の新しいホテルと比較するととても遅いです。あとは、内線でホテル発のバス時間をたずねたら、2階のロビーに貼ってあると年輩の男性従業員に説明されました。他のホテルで経験のない対応の悪さに、呆れて笑ってしまいました。 それくらいは許容範囲なのですが、部屋の周囲の音はうるさくて残念でした。

連休の最終日だったので空いていました。3時前にチェックイン。スタッフはマスク、フェイスガード着用。エレベーター、客室、廊下などいたるところに消毒液が置かれていました。食事処の座席も間隔を取ってありました。朝食バイキングでは手袋着用。安心して過ごせました。最近は団体客がいないのもありがたいです。
