The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁

相変わらず快適ですが

東横インのクォリティーで、ほぼ快適でした。同チェーンの他店で、備え付けのカップが逆台形で不安定で倒れやすいのに比べ、当ホテルはシンプルなコーヒーカップで使いやすいです。ただし、他店のように貸し出しのビニール傘も用意いただければ、更に快適性が増すでしょう!

宿泊費に朝食付きという点で、コスパが良いと感じた。 アメニティは、シェーバー、綿棒、数種類のインスタントティーでした。 ボディスポンジや化粧水、髭剃りのジェルなど見当たらなかった。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープは完備。 今回は、未就学服があ 7時台の朝食は1F。 受付の2列並んでいたが、終了１時間前(８時)に一部片付いていた。
