"Hotel is in a great location with nice accommodation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complain is the dryer not being powerful enough and competing with other people trying desperately to dry their clothes at midnight. 😅"

"This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick. The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent. We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful. We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka."

"The staff was polite and helpful they helped us with anything we needed. The room is small, difficult to control air conditioning, has a smell of humidity, our room has a view to a wall. One of the four elevators was in maintenance but another one wasn't respecting timing or had trouble reading with their laser because the doors would close hard. Location is good for walking to dontobori or taking a train/subway to anywhere in osaka."

"Here’s a polished 3 star review you can use: The pictures online are beautiful, and the hotel makes a strong first impression when you walk in. The high-rise building feels elegant and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. Reception is on the 22nd floor, then you take a second elevator to reach the rooms. The location is very convenient near the train station, which was a plus. However, overall, we were not impressed. There were four of us, and the room was advertised as a suite with two additional twin beds, but those extra beds felt more like cots. The room itself was very small, felt outdated, and did not match the impression from the online photos. It was quiet and in a nice location, but the room was not impressive enough for us. Overall, I would give it 3 stars."

"청소상태와 직원들의 친절도는 매우 양호합니다. 방크기는 일본호텔스럽게 작은편이나 다른 일본호텔과 비교했을때는 같은급의 방사이즈인듯 합니다. 사용성과 부가 서비스도 만족스럽습니다. 한가지 특이한점은 일본전통스타일 양말을 주는데 나막신은 제공되지 않기에 양말는 일반적인 양말로 제공하는것도 좋아보입니다. 또 식사공간은 다소협소할것으로 보였으나 생각외로 대기가 발생하지 않았습니다"
