I was shocked when found there is no hot water for taking shower during my stay , staff told me that due to rain we are not able to provide however next three hours later you can use , Where in the world you are taking hotel room and there is no hot water , we are in in pandemic days and no hot water Running business for hospitality has to be there with professionalism otherwise by cutting staff and not giving need of your guest shouldn’t be excuses

Um horror!!!

Esse hotel foi o pior que eu me hospedei. Começando com a recepcionista que só falava turco, teve que chamar alguém para ajudar. Depois veio um sr dizendo , que haviam duas reservas e que eu teria que pagar as duas. Mostrei o e-mail com a mudança das datas e confirmada pelo Hoteis.com. O Hoteis.com esqueceu de avisar ao hotel que eu havia mudado as datas. O quarto extremamente sujo. Biscoitos pelo chão, poeira, vaso sanitário todo cheio de ferrugem. A agua do banho era gelada. Depois o sr que nos atendeu disse que eles desligaram a água quente e só podia tomar banho gelado. Isso na temperatura de 3 graus. Quando acordamos não tinha café. Desistimos do hotel e fomos para Efeso reservar outro hotel . Não havia a menor condição de ficar hospedada neste hotel com minha filha. O aquecedor não funcionava e só havia um cobertor. Tudo um horror. O prédio inteiro fedia a urina de gato. A recepção era cheia deles espalhados. Não recomendo este hotel pra ninguém, ainda tive que pagar um hotel caro pra dormir com minha filha.

Een hotel dichtbij het strand. Iets te ver van het centrum maar om de paar minuten stopt er een dolmus voor de deur. Dus voor een paar euro cent sta je in het bruisende centrum.

Ödemeyi yapıp odaya çıktığımızda istememize rağmen iki tek yatağın birleştirildiğini gördük ve daha fazla uğraşmamak için ve iptal edip sokakta kalmamak için kabul etmek zorunda kaldık

Kusadasi is een mooie badplaats

Hotel is waardeloos!!! Foto's die je te zien krijgt als je hem boekt klopt totaal niet met de hotel zelf!!! Slecht hotel vies oud stof gewoon niet om aan te raden!!! katten lopen door het hotel en dit is al helemaal niet fijn als je een allergie hebt voor huisdieren!!!!! Totaal niet tevreden!!!!!
