Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Sakurai

"There are two onsen baths; one inside and one outside. The water in the open bath makes your silk feel silky and smooth. The buffet breakfast and dinner are of good quality with many varieties. The night shows are good entertainment at the hotel. We had a relaxing stay at the hotel."

"What an amazing place this is. As soon as you check in you're given a welcome matcha tea and sweet treats. The dining area has free flavoured water and hot drinks 247 and the breakfast was so tasty. They even catered for vegetarians. The room was gorgeous. Tatami mats covered the floor with a beautiful seating area with tea and a kettle for you to use in the room. The beds were extremely comfy and the only negative I have about this place is that the duvets were so thick and fluffy. I'm just glad it wasn't really hot weather. The Onsen baths were amazing. 4 separate shapes, all supposedly offering a different dream to come true. All toiletries were supplied, as were pajamas. I can't rate this place highly enough. I felt very welcomed and cared for. I just wish I could have stayed longer."

"The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and are quite big and well laid out. The views are ok, not extraordinary. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we still could not see any mountains but only roof tops of other surrounding buildings. There is free food and snacks available but only for a limited time. The dinner and breakfast was good but not great. The onsens are the highlight of this property."

"The location is excellent, minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, Yubatake and Sainokawara Park. The room was spotless and the staff was so helpful. The on-site onsen (female side) was boiling hot! The only minor inconvenience was that cars were parked offsite so you needed to coordinate with staff each time you needed your vehicle."

"温泉は最高です。何度も入浴しました。Wi-fiが弱く、あまり使えなかった感じでした。 二泊で部屋の清掃不要とさせてもらっていました。タオルセットは二つ準備されていたので問題ないと判断してしていましたが、散策から戻ると一つタオルセットと、バスタオルが回収されていました。これは正直やめてほしいと思いました。 ですが、総合的には立地（湯畑へのアクセス）含めてエクセレントでした。ありがとうございました。"
