地點方便、乾淨實用apartment
位置在Hirafu Gondola 幾分鐘步行距離，附近有便利店、商店、餐廳，無論租gear(Rythm 就在後面，價格合理、服務仔細且gear新淨)、食飯、買嘢、滑雪都很方便，位置一流。 所租的三睡房apartment 的廚房設備齊全，廚具、餐具乾淨，但需自備調味料。有兩個洗手間，其中一個浴、廁分開，而且各有洗手盆在外，我們6人住這個很重要。然而，並無訂房資料所描述的羊蹄山景，而且有部分燈壞了以至室內較暗，告知也沒人來修理，套房洗手間並無任何擺放物件地方，也没掛鈎，用起來有點不便。 總括尚算滿意。

部屋はとてもキレイでした。キッチン、洗面台が外人さん仕様で高さがあり、身長の低い人にはちょっと大変でした。子供用踏み台があると便利そうだと思いましたがそれ以外は、コンビニなども近くにあり場所も便利でまた利用したいと思います。

チェックイン方法のメールが届かなかったので、当日電話にて聞きましたが、英語対応のみでしたので、事前にメールが届いていればと思いました。 あとは設置してあった包丁があまりに切れが悪いので、時々は点検された方が良いかと思います。 その他は問題なくとても快適に過ごせました。

Fresh Powder is in one of the best spots on the mountain, we stayed in the studio apartment which was massive and more than enough room for two people on a ski holiday. Niseko Portfolio (the property managers) were amazing and very responsive to our needs and questions, the pick up from the welcome center and the free trip into the supermarket at Kutchan was an added extra service that made the stay so much easier. Over value for money was excellent - we’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was clean and an adequate size for 2 people. The decor was basic but tired. There was also a good sized communal ski room and dry room downstairs. However the lack of storage facilities and the bizarre fittings in the bathroom (sink and shower) made my stay at FP somewhat below average. There were NO shelves, drawers or wardrobe in the bedroom! Just 2 hooks and a bedside table. There was only a small closet in the hallway which was already half filled with spare duvet, ironing board etc so only had room for a couple of light jackets. There was also no shelves or spare cupboard in the kitchen area to store groceries. I had nowhere to unpack my clothes so had to leave my suitcase opened in the living room whilst the groceries were all left on the dining table. The bathroom sink was 6 -8 inches higher than normal sinks which made it very awkward for washing. I felt like a three-year-old having to stand on tip toes just to wash my hands and brush my teeth. It also made it difficult to get close to the mirror for putting in contact lenses or grooming. Oh, and the bathroom mirror is the ONLY mirror in the apartment. Whilst the guest service was great and the location was close to gondola (8-10 mins walk with ski gear). The apartment itself was a disappointment. For the price I paid, even taking into account that it’s peak season, I expected basic but comfortable.

スタジオルームでしたが、大人2人と小学生1人で十分な広さがあり清潔感もあり綺麗なマンションのワンルームといった感じです。 必要なものは一通り揃っており、調味料を少し買い足したぐらいです。 コンビニも徒歩圏内にありスーパーも車で10分ちょっとで行けるので便利です。 乾燥までできる洗濯機が部屋にあるのがとても便利でした。 クーラーは部屋にありませんが、8月でしたがとても快適に過ごせました。 外国の方ように設計されているのか、洗面台がとても高く187㎝の主人でちょうどでした。子供にはイスが必要です。 ただ下の部屋のグループが朝方まで大声で騒ぎ、寝れませんでした。重なったのが1泊だけだったので、まだましでしたが、滞在中ずっととなるとかなり辛いです。 3ベッドルームとか広い部屋もあるのでグループ旅行なども多いのかなと思います。 22時以降は騒がないよう記載してくれていますが、何か対策があればなと思います。 その事以外はとても快適に過ごせました。来年またぜひ宿泊したいと思います。

Overall a comfortable and clean room
Overall room was in good condition. Well furnished and equipped for any families to stay for an extended period. Take note that room can be a little warm during summer due to lack of fans and central ventilation seems a little lacking (maybe more suited for winter). There is also no lift and we had to take 2 flights of stairs up.

太棒了！值得一住！
超棒的！設施的完整性跟清潔度都很高，周遭的環境也很棒！最好的就是可以自己下廚！在雪天的渡假小屋品嚐A5和牛以及分享自己做的早餐真是太棒了！

Large apartment with lovely forest view and fully equipped kitchen and all an effective washer dryer and dish washer. Mark was so welcoming and patient. Great location so close to the hirafu gondola we could just skip home for lunch when the restaurant got too busy. Lovely cottage exterior with an up to date interior. Checked for our next possible trip dates but it’s all booked!

Awesome stay at Fresh Powder
The room was very well equipped and spacious. It was well heated during the winter which was great for us. The location was near to some food places too. A pleasant and comfortable stay during our holiday. :)

生活ができる快適さ
全てが揃ったワンルームマンションと言った感じです。新築後まもないのか内装も設備も新しくとてもきれいです。生活できるレベルの設備がほとんど揃っています。エアコンが無く小さな扇風機があります。テレビは大画面でうれしいですね。バスタブにお湯を張るのに時間がかかります。節水器具のせいなのかと思います。

Fresh Powder in summer

大満足どっぐ。
管理者の対応がとても感じが良く親切でした。１つ感じた事は、フロア（床）がすこしベタベタする感じでした。是非、次回も利用したいです。

Spacious. Modern. Comfortable apartment. Less than 5 minute walk to Hirafu gondola and restaurants/shops. Cafe across the street. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again. Sean the manager was super helpful.

Great stay
We enjoyed staying at the 3 bedroom apartment. It has 2 wash rooms and a washer/dryer which enable us to do our laundry. The location is great as it is near food places and tourist sites. We were advise to call a phone number but the lady spoke in Japanese and we could not communicate with her.

設備不錯 但是不是很乾淨
不是很乾淨有點可惜 特別是衛浴設備 覺得有點可惜 其餘還可以 餐廚不錯 該有的鍋碗瓢盆等都有 價格上來說也還好整體而言覺得不會再繼續入住

很讚，很舒適的一間民宿，空間很大，有一個很棒的廚房，我們兩個家庭在那煮了很美味的晚餐，3間房間很大也很舒服，客廳可以看到羊蹄山，下次還會再次選擇這家民宿。另外他有自費另外加購烤肉服務訂房要提前告知。

Nice and cosy apartment!
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It was neat and clean. Very well organised, too. The owner was great! She came over personally to greet us after we were checked in to the apartment even though she was not staying in the same building. She orientated us around the apartment and showed us how to use the washing machine (which the instruction were in Japanese). She was also kind to recommend us some dining options around the area.
