The location is not bad. But the building is old and needs lots of renovations. You can smell stinky sewage in the bathroom when you use the shower or the sink. Cheap appliances in the kitchen. Bedroom door lock was stuck. Found clothes from previous tenants in the closet. There isn’t enough parking. But the staff were nice.

الشقة لها رائحة كريهة والاثاث غير نظيف و أغطية الوسائد و الأسرة متسخة ولم تغسل / لم يتم توفير بطانيات مناسبة لفصل الشتاء حيث كانت الشقة باردة وعزلها الحراري سيء / لا يوجد مجفف شعر / الواي فاي سيء / إجمالاً كانت التجربة سيئة و لا تساوي القيمة مقابل المال المدفوع

Good Value for Money, Would Stay There Again

In short, I would stay there again. If you are a man watching your dollars (or dirhams), go for these furnished apartments. Two rooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen, including a washer. The location is fantastic, close to shopping, the corniche, and many eating places. Also a close-by mosque. Your wife will probably not like it! My wife and daughter thought it was beneath them :). My three sons loved it. The basic difference between genders, I guess. Parking is adequate. You leave your keys at reception and they will move the car slightly to accommodate others -- sort of valet parking on a budget. The staff are hugely friendly and responsive. The apartment was big enough for a family of six children (two are very young, the other two are teenagers).

أكثر ما يميز الفندق موقعه المميز ، طاقم الإستقبال بشوش و دائماً مبتسم ، الفندق قديم بعض الشيء ، لا يهتمون بنظافة السلالم ، لا توجد ستائر معتمة بغرف النوم ، سعره جيد جداً مقارنة بما حوله .

Very good location in Salmeya area ,close to many attractions such as Souq AlSalmeya & science centre. Rooms & family setting are small but efficient, bathrooms not very clean & needs general maintenance in tiles & sanitary ware.. they have gym & pool , overall it worth to stay compared to low price.
