The location is not bad. But the building is old and needs lots of renovations. You can smell stinky sewage in the bathroom when you use the shower or the sink. Cheap appliances in the kitchen. Room was excellent when changed but had issue with hot water in shower constantly turned cold after use also need to leave keys everytime need apartment cleaned other than that it was very good
