Hotel very up to par in very nice part of town.
Received a nice upgrade albeit a few problems with shower drainage that was very promptly addressed.
Overall very comfortable and lovely staff.
Bathroom can do with bit more cleaning, not to say it was very dirty.
Homely hotel. Bit dated but gets the job done comfortably. Lovely staff, could have been a bit more flexible in the one breakfast i had on my first morning when i asked for it to be deferred to the secimd morning (only had 1 night out if 5 with free breakfast). Shower a bit messy but tolerable.
Overall satisfactory and well located next to2 major malls and heart of business district.

Does the job nicely
Does the job nicely. Bit dated, the room the gym the facilities, but in good condition. Bathroom shower bit messy yet manageable. Staff helpful. Stayed 5 nights only first of which had breakfast included, asked for that breakfast to be postponed to the next day yet flexibility was granted on the matter. Otherwise everyone was helpful and cooperative.
Besides the fact that there was bot of construction going around which made it noisy, the property itself was quite nice. The staff was friendly and the views from restaurant on the top floor were quite nice. They even let me do a late check out when I told them that my flight was very late and also gave me some tips on what to do in Kuwait City. Getting taxis using Careem app was very convenient and easy . The room was spacious with tea/coffee/hot water kettle provided. Wifi was good too

The bathroom is in terrible condition. It is very tight and hard to get a shower. The breakfast was OK.

I was very happy with the customer service and communication from hotel staff, everyone was polite and made me feel very welcome especially as i was stranded due to situation of Corona virus airport lockdown so i moved here after my airbnb ran out and had to find accommodation for a further 2 weeks at short notice.

Good place for a reasonable stop over. Good location for sites, good breakfast buffet, furniture a little bit old fashioned and used, but Okay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Me and my wife had a very pleasant stay. I have to say that because of the not so high daily room rates my expectations were not that high, but I was proved totally wrong. Our room was spacious and clean and we had a lovely view overlooking the Kuwait Towers. There was nothing special in the surrounding area but it was safe and only a short taxi ride to most places in downtown Kuwait City. Breakfast was plenty with good choice. Breakfast room is on the 22nd floor and offers great views. The two gentlemen at the reception went above and beyond to deal with all our requests and answer our questions. They were both genuinely kind and extremely helpful. I wish I could remember their names because they deserve a lot of credit for the excellent job they do.

The air conditioning was far to cold,the cleaners kept leaving it on even thou it wasn't hot.
The showers were very poor, the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold.
The breakfast wasn't great,no bananas throughout the 5days I was there even though I asked.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN THEY CHARGED ME 33 DOLLARS EXTRA. I ALREADY PAID ONE EXTRA CHILD (TWO ADULT AND ONE KID) AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. BUT THEY SAID I DID NOT. I SHOWED ALL THE PAPER WORK BUT THEY REFUSED TO BELIEVED. FINALLY I HAVE TO PAY $33.

Its nice hotel and for me its pretty good cuz there is a close so small grocery store and many close restaurants. Its also close to Marina mall and the famous street “ Gulf street”. THE BREAKFAST IS BAD AND OLD FASHION BREAKFAST. I stayed 3 days I just tried once then never come back. But overall pretty good location and price.

Very bad turn of events
From the check in to check out it was a very bad experience. They didn’t put me the king size bed I booked, they changed the carpet on my corridor which meant to whole place was smelling of gasoline and other toxic fumes. Then the phones went off for around 24 hours which meant I couldn’t order room service.
The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast and location, everything else was a disaster

Booked the suite, aside from the size there was nothing suite like about it. Bathroom was small, tiles and decor were ugly and the sofas in the living area were uncomforrable. Also there were no option for two beds.

Very old and tired hotel in the middle of a dusty area. The hotel had a stale smell of smoke both in the lobby and room.

Our stay was very pleasant asside from being disturbed in the middle of the night by people in the next room being loud and laughing. We called the manager and it was taken care of quickly. We would stay again.

PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE !! STAY AWAY!!!
First when i arrived the hotel looked good and saw the ratings thought it was good. The hotel looked good and room big enough but first thing AC was not working the whole day and the worker told me just change the weather on the ac it will work didnt work after i called them . stayed all night without AC. Then heard all noises the whole night the indian worker was fixing it without telling me instead of saying it doesnt work he went and tried to fix it without me knowing and there was all noises the whole night couldnt sleep. suddenly woke up at 3 am my wife had all itchy skin and redness, and i noticed my hand swollen and itchy yea BED BUGS . They looke clean but no very dirty i told them they didnt care at all and stayed that way till moring after 4am the AC worked after having a terrible nightmare day in this hotel . IF YOU WANT HELL THIS IS IT IN THIS HOTEL. Very upset and shocked didn't expect that coming. PLUS THE SHOWER WATER VERY HOT VERY VERY couldn't even take a shower

The breakfast was wonderful plus it had an excellent view! This hotel was also close to the Souk and Kuwait Towers. Only downside was the pool closing at an early 8pm and it had too much chlorine (it affected my breathing, so I had to shorten my swim). I suspect I had used the pool just after it was treated.
