โPositive surprise. It's still new, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Gym would need maintenance for equipment. Only one pub in walking distance but taxis are around. Thanks for Emmanuella and Vera in lobby, and Priscilla cleaning my space. I would come again!โ
โPRICE WAS VERY GOOD, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, FOOD IS GOOD.
HOWEVER, THE FIRST TIME I STAYED THERE, THE TV IN THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SO WE LEFT EARLY. THE SECOND TIME, TV WAS FINE.
THE ROAD TO THE HOTEL IS NOT PAVED AND THEREFORE NOT GOOD BUT THIS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOTEL BUT THE GOVERNMENT.
OVERALL, I LIKE THE PEOPLE THERE. I WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. โ
โClean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community.
We only didnโt have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didnโt take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasnโt an easy task at all.โ
โMy stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible conditionโour driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour.
The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised. On arrival, I found ripped sheets, and the fridge wasnโt working until the manager got it...
โMy wife and I had a wonderful stay here at the AUD. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and all our concerns were addressed promptly. They treated all our extra guests with respect. We will definitely return.โ
