Diese Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr gefragten Lage zwischen dem 11 Mirrors Hotel und dem Hilton und bietet ein optimales Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis.

I can't believe this hotel has 4 star rating. Maybe I was wrong, so this was my mistake. The building is old, small, and compressed. Not as spacious as I had hoped. Also no amenities (no gym, no small fridge, no hot drinking water). The only redeeming quality is that the location is good (near city center and near metro station), and at least the room is clean.

The property is walking distance from restaurants , shopping and historical sites. Easy check in. Hotel need repair. There was a pot for boiling water but no coffee or tea offered. No fridge.

Fantastic location at a good price. Rooms are dated but clean. Reccomend upgrading to junior suite,much bigger rooms although i requested 2 single beds, when i got room, it was a king size bed.

It was very conveniently located; some of the best sights and restaurants were within walking distance. As for the room itself, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor was a very nice addition considering the weather.

I send my employee to Kiev, and reserved that hotel, that rated 4 stars. She called me in total panic, room were cold, the shower was dirty, and strange individuals was moving around. Immediately I moved her to another hotel.

Das Hotel liegt zentral zahlreiche Geschäfte ist in der nähe. Der Empfang war gut und Freundlich, alle schöne Damen. Die Empfangsdamen sprechen Englisch zum Teil auch türkisch. Die Reinigungsarbeiten im Zimmer war nicht gut ich würde alle wechseln, vorletzte tag haben sie das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Das Hotel ist veraltet könnte neue Teppiche und Möbeln zeitgemäß gemacht werden. In der nähe vom Hotel ist das Restaurant MAFIA kann nur empfehlen und das Essen schmeckt gut der preis ist auch ok.Heizung war ok. Warmwasserversorgung ok. Zimmertelefon war nur im Bad statt am Nachttisch.

A parte due persone la domenica mattina sorridenti e gentili, le altre erano veramente sgradevoli. Abbiamo chiesto fin dall'inizio con la prenotazione fatta più di un mese fa due letti e ci hanno dato una stanza con letto matrimoniale, un asciugamano a testa (/mai successo) , una copertina leggerissima per una sola persona quando faceva freddo, una sgarbataggine mai vista negli altri alberghi. Non avevano nemmeno uno spazio per i bagagli (che abbiamo dovuto lasciare nell'ingresso dietro un cartellone pubblicitario. Giudizio negativo anche perché l'hotel è molto caro rispetto al costo della vita a Kiev.
