This hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about the service. The room was upgraded without asking. There were birthday surprises in my room every day. The Best Four Seasons Hotel!

We have stayed in many Four Seasons Hotels before, Kyoto is one of the best two in overall experience, together with Bora Bora. The service here is by far the best! Looking forward to going back soon!

A first rate hotel of four seasons quality. Services excellent. The pond which the hotel overlooks is gorgeous and tranquil. A very relaxing place.
