This is an amazing hotel and property. Rooms are very comfy as are the beds. We have a breakfast included room and it's both Western and Japanese options - all great! Staff is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the welcome sweets that were provided and the coffee. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend! Our 10 year old daughter loved it as well- very great hotel for travelers of all ages.
