FYI the breakfast was not free however it was inexpensive and the food was good. I highly recommend the hotel. It's in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to plenty of eateries. It has a relaxed hipster vibe and a lovely bar. Plus the room was gorgeous!

This was a great hotel and the staff were great. The only negative is that it is a 15 minute walk in rougher sidewalks to the station. But other than that it was super clean, the staff were great and the breakfast was amazing.

The room was big and even had a sofa. Also appreciated the seperate toilet and spacious bathroom. But what really stood out for me are the staff. Every single staff I encountered were super nice and helpful. I felt welcomed and it made my stay feel like home away from home.

The arrangement of this room was the most useful, as a westerner. There were two twin beds, but they were right next to each other if you're looking for a king, and there was a small space before a cushioned high-back bench and a table. This was all placed in front of a TV, if you wanted to watch it. You could watch from the bed or the bench. I found the bench to be as comfortable as any cmall chair in the others rooms we stayed in.

Really nice hotel with a lot of style and charm. Rooms are a bit on the older side but pretty big for Japan. It is a bit far from the attractions though. Great breakfast that’s worth the price!

We loved our 8 night stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was great. It’s about half a mile from the nearest subway station or bus stop, which felt further by the end of our trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is amazing, about 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Tower and a few steps from the metro.The staff at reception were very friendly, the amenities were extensive, and the buffet was complete and delicious. Don't hesitate to request it because you'll be walking a lot. The hair products they sell are totally luxurious and highly recommended. I would definitely come back

It's spacious compare to the hotel that we stay in Osaka. the city taxes is more expensive. The hotel is between two Metro stations. A bit walk when you getting out from subway. Overall it's nice place with private garden. The the tree needs some hair trim...lol

Loved this hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It’s so well furnished and worth every single penny! They were very kind, helpful, and friendly!! I loved the amenities of this hotel, it was designed wonderfully, and they offered so many little details to your stay. Breakfast, a bar location, washing/drying facilities, bath salts, a smoking room, a microwave, and bikes to rent for free!
