Overall a nice hotel. Daily refreshments and snacks depending on the time of day was a nice touch but the front desk staff did not tell us about this when we checked in, still managed to enjoy it so no harm done. Facilities were ok with massage chairs, onsen and only two washing machines available, with such a busy hotel it was a fight for vacancy!

The hotel staff were all super kind and accommodating of any questions/concerns, amenities on site included some kind of snack or drink service at all hours, and requesting fresh towels and room cleaning was a super simple intuitive process! Loved it here, just had a few concerns finding a couple mosquitoes near the windows of the room.

Loved this hotel. The location is somewhat off the beaten path, but it was quiet, safe, well-appointed and central. Bus and taxi transportation is really easy in Kyoto, so not being as close to a train station wasn't a big deal. We had a very nice stay and would stay again.

We had an amazing experience in Kyoto and loved staying at the Kyoto Intergate hotel! The rooms and ambiance are gorgeous. The public bath is healing. We enjoyed the amenties and breakfast buffet.

This hotel was luxurious and spotless from the entrance, and the staff were all very friendly. Compared to other hotels, the room size was great for the price, and the overall stay was comfortable and excellent. The public bath was exceptionally clean, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the massage chairs in front of the bath were a fantastic bonus. The simple evening meal provided was a delightful touch, making the return from a day of travel even more enjoyable. It was an incredibly satisfying stay!
