I highly recommend this hotel for others. It was walking distance from Kyoto Train station. And has a free shuttle bus that drops off at various sites in Kyoto once a day on some days of the week. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. Onsen was clean and warm with wonderful high quality free to use facial products and hair products.

We had a great stay in a convenient location near the train station. The staff were very attentive and helpful and the hotel seemed very well managed. We even had an umbrella given to us when it rained. Would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit

The staff was incredible and very nice. The room was really beautiful and they even given you pajamas which were top notch. They have a public path within the hotel too. The aesthetic is great and they have a beautiful temple across the street to visit and in the mornings usually a small market in front of the temple too.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a terrific size for a Japanese hotel room; the dark decor was a little dated but the temple view was fantastic. The hotel was a very walkable distance from Kyoto station and all in all, we had a very enjoyable stay here. Would highly recommend!
