Amazing hotel. Pretty new and modern. The staff were lovely. Rooms are big for Japan standards, which is great. It’s on one of the main streets so you have shops, restaurants and bus and metro stations around. The hotel is on an alley, which helps to make it quiet since the shops near by are loud and busy.

5 stars for the location alone - walkable to trains/buses for tourist destinations and walkable food/drink/shopping/Gion district! The room was spacious for Japan standards. Plenty of amenities available if needed. Checkout at 11am and they can store your bags if needed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping could be better: towels and trash should be changed daily, but we had to remind reception each time. The hotel is clean and good overall. Breakfast is tasty but limited — one dish included, then only salad, yogurt, coffee, and beverages.
