Great location. Comfortable beds and my favorite was access to the spa is invluded once daily where they have hot, cold wster tubas, sauna and showering facilities where and they provide towels and personal items. Close to transport and buses. Also there’s a big 7-11 in the first floor so duper convenient.

フロントの男性スタッフがまったく笑顔なく、やる気のない対応だった。質問しても無視され、隣の女性スタッフが回答するような有様だった。 部屋のベッドはなかなか良かった。また、大浴場とサウナの利用があるのもよい。しかしながら、大浴場とサウナの利用が無料なのは1回のみで（2回目は有料）中学生以下は利用不可、土日祝日は20時30分までに入館する必要があり、21時には出る必要があるのは大きな不満。駐車場も立体駐車場なので出し入れに時間がかかり面倒。 西院駅に近く、1階にコンビニがあり、周辺に飲食店が多いことは良い点だが、フロントの応対や大浴場などの制限がとても残念だった。
