"Much nicer than I expected. Clean, comfortable bed, very quiet, very nice staff. Good value. Be warned breakfast and the airport shuttle are extra charges (unlike in the USA). It’s refreshing to pay for what you use instead of subsidizing other people’s use of a perk you don’t want. The shuttle was still a lot less than an off hour Uber or, if you want to save even more, the public bus stop is very close and half the cost."

"A great hotel in the heart of Oslo! We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Hotel Børsparken. It’s in a great location, making it perfect for exploring Oslo or for a short city break. It’s around a 10-15 minute walk from Oslo Central Station, and the buses and trams are really easy to navigate. We’d definitely recommend getting an Oslo Pass for 24-48 hours, as it covers public transport and many attractions and makes getting around the city really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, with reception available 24/7, which was a great bonus. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a brilliant variety of options, something for everyone, and everything was kept well stocked. Definitely worth adding breakfast to your stay! Our room and the corridors were clean and well maintained, and we also loved the games available in reception, a nice little touch and a great way to relax and socialise. Overall, we thought it was great value for money, especially for such a central location. We’d happily return if we visit Oslo again. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We stayed 5 days at the Blu Royal hotel during our recent holiday in Bergen. Great location ... within 100 metres of St Mary's Church and right along the wharf. Our room was clean and warm and a minor criticism was that there were no wash cloths and too few hand towels for two people. WiFi worked well and was easy to access (very important for US travellers). The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the wait staff were pleasant and attentive. We looked forward to waking up to the breakfast! We recommend the Blu Royal highly. You will not be disappointed if you book here."
