Il b&b è nuovissimo ed in un'ottima posizione vicino centro e stazione. La proprietaria è gentilissima. La pulizia è ottima e la colazione molto abbondante.

The B&B is very attractive and my room served my purpose very well. Maria Grazia is an excellent hostess - efficient, very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Her breakfasts are outstanding. The B&B Grace is very well located, within walking distance to most facilities and tourist sites in L'Aquila. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Anders als erwartet aber super!

Als ich dieses "Hotel" gebucht habe, habe ich mich mit dem Begriff "Bed and Breakfast" nicht gut genug auseinandergesetzt. Das Navi schickte uns zu einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Laut Klingeschild schienen wir richtig zu sein. Dort öffnete uns dann eine ältere italienische Frau und führte uns in unser Zimmer. Wir hatten ein eigenes Bad direkt vom Zimmer begehbar. Es war alles sehr sauber. Und das Bad war sehr modern eingerichtet. ( z.B. Bunt beleuchtbare Dusche) Im Zimmer gab es einen wirklich sehr kleinen Fernseher und einen Balkon mit Blick über L'Aquila. Dann wurde besprochen wann wir Frühstück möchten und ob wir vorlieben haben. Dieses war dann auch sehr lecker. Alles in allem glich es mehr einem Aufenthalt bei Omi als dem in einem "richtigen" Hotel. Ich kann es jedem weiter empfehlen. Jedoch glich L'Aquila an sich mehr einer grossen Baustelle als einer schönen italienischen Stadt.

B&B impeccabile

Ho soggiornato in questo b&b in occasione del concorso della guardia di finanza. Mi sono trovato molto bene in quanto a 50 metri c'è via xx settembre, sulla quale c'è una birreria-pizzeria, il MC Donald e il Carrefour. La stazione dei treni è a 10 minuti scarsi a piedi dal b&b, dalla quale partono/arrivano anche le navette per andare alla scuola degli ispettori della finanza. Il b&b in se è una struttura molto recente, il livello di pulizia è impeccabile e la signora che lo gestisce è molto gentile. Le stanze sono ben organizzate e al loro interno si trova veramente tutto ciò che può servire, personalmente ho soggiornato nella stanza con letto singolo e ho avuto quasi la sensazione di sentirmi a casa: penso di aver detto tutto con questa affermazione. Per la colazione vi è un abbondante disponibilità, tutto di ottima qualità. Consigliatissimo.

Weird B&B

It is a B&B that is hard to find via GPS. The GPS leads you in front of the house where is no entrance. The owner of the B&B is an elder Lady who is always around. You can step out of your room at night and look for the light button in the floor and then she is all of a sudden standing next to you. I found that a little bit spooky. In total I found it unpleasant that the Lady is controlling everything so much. In the end I had an issue with the payment. Luckily I asked her early if I can pay by credit card. She said that she only takes cash and she even added that she does not have any change. I was kind of shocked. I stayed 4 nights - I think she should have told me before. I had to went out in the freezing cold and look for an ATM at L'Aquila. After I had the bills in my hand I had to ask somebody to change a 10 € bill. If I had not asked her early enough, I would have had to get my bus to the airport to get my flight! I would not have had the time to do all this! Next time I would take a general hotel!

Fräscht och nyrenoverat bed and breakfast

Perfekt för oss som ville ha ett tvåbäddsrum. Lätt att parkera bilen. Rent, snyggt och nyrenoverat. Bra badrum. Allt var kanonbra förutom frukosten. Den var förvisso väldigt ambitiös men bestod bara av sötsaker. Efterrätter typ. Vem vill ha sockerkaka, tiramisu och bakelser till frukost?
