"Great hotel."

"No hot water. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Heat lamp not working."

"Our room was clean but had a musty smell and the fridge was the tiniest thing I've ever seen (not ideal when traveling with kids!). The biggest negative was the parking - online it said on-site parking (valet and self-pay) but in fact the lot they send you to is a few blocks away."

"I felt the breakfast provided was fresh but nor particularly appealing. Had not trouble with parking. However I feel the rooms are lacking in sufficient lighting. Impossible to read with the lights as provided. "

"I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment."

"We booked a suite room for the space. Pros: Very spacious, good water pressure, beds were decadent, continental breakfast was ok. Pool was a bit chilly. Cons: Hot tub didn’t work, lock on adjoining door to suite was broke, door handle and lock (whole structure) to the bathroom was broke and couldn’t close the door fully without being trapped, phone didn’t work, both TVs had inputs that didn’t work and couldn’t connect devices, Fruit loops under the couch. Front desk just added my list of things to a notebook “fix it” list that didn’t look like it had been touch in months, and said maintenance will fix it when they come in…. that’s all we got "
