Great hotel. The bathroom was super clean and shower was hot and powerful. Free water everyday in the mini bar. Excellent location to get around the city. Small organic market right next door to the hotel. Very safe neighborhood .i would stay here again.

What a gem of a hotel...I am so happy I found this place. The hotel is beautiful, with very stylish decor, beautiful artwork. The rooms are big, the air conditioning works great, and the bar has fantastic food and drinks. Free parking right in front of the hotel. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be returning to this hotel in my future travels to Spain!

Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.

The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions. There is a parking garage a block away so parking is convenient.
The size of the standard twin room is good for two people with not so many luggage. Front desk staff was helpful, restaurant serves decent food.
During our stay there are street sidewalk pavement constructions near the hotel but no big deal.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice of a hotel it was especially for the money. We paid 3 times as much for much of a lesser hotel. It is true that the hotel is far from Madrid (30km) but if you have a car then it is a must, since adjoining town (Alcala de Henares) is a birth place of the author of Don Quixote and city is loaded with great history.
